Liability Waiver

 WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that moving furniture and household items from my home creates certain risks to my property and my person. In particular, both the property being removed and the surrounding property and flooring can be broken, dropped, scraped, torn, or scratched.

I acknowledged that Triple-R has advised me to thoroughly search all donated items to be sure they do not contain any property that I do not wish to donate.

​

I acknowledge that Triple-R is not responsible to return any personal items, valuables, or cash left inside of donated items.

​

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to remove from the surrounding area any valuable property to avoid it being damaged in the move.

​

I, for myself, my spouse, the community of my spouse and myself, my family, heirs, successors, assigns, executors and subrogates, hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless Triple-R, its directors, officers, agents,  and volunteers (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, suits, expenses for damages to my property or person resulting from the negligence of any of the Released Parties during the moving of my donated furniture and household items.
